Nonlinear Regression-Based GNSS Multipath Modelling in Deep Urban Area

As the necessity of location information closely related to everyday life has increased, use global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) gradually increased in populated urban areas. Contrary high and expectation GNSS areas, performance is easily degraded by multipath errors due high-rise buildings very difficult guarantee. Errors signals reflected buildings, i.e., non-line-of-sight (NLOS) errors, are major cause poor accuracy Unlike other error sources, signal error, which a user-dependent differentiate or model. This paper suggests training prediction model based on support vector regression obtain function elevation azimuth angle each satellite. To extract an unbiased from measurements, clock high-elevation QZSS was estimated, offset with constellations also calculated. A nonlinear map generated, as result extracted multipaths, Support Vector Machine, appropriately geometry building near user. The effective at improving area positioning 58.4% horizontally 77.7% vertically, allowing us achieve 20 m level deep area, Teheran-ro, Seoul, Korea.
